Tennis Centre of the Debrecen University

The tennis facility will be used on one hand for educational purposes - theoretical and practical as well -, and on the other hand it will provide the players a venue for training and competition. The hall equipped with mobile courts will also be suited for badminton.

The building currently under construction consists of two main parts. The first part or the head building comprises spaces for education (classrooms, offices), and serving areas (changing rooms, stand, cafeteria) spread over three levels, and in the second part - which is an arched hall - four standard-sized hard-surface tennis courts are located.

The Energocell® foam glass granules were used under the arched hall for the thermal insulation of the floor.
