Smartware Office Building in Romania

In Săldăbagiu de Munte (a small village in Romania), the Smartware software developing company is currently building its new passive office building of 2,500 m² gross floor area using CLT technology.

For an eco-friendly thermal insulation, and the adequate load-bearing capacity of the construction they have incorporated under the raft foundation of the building a 40-cm thick layer of Energocell®.
